After selecting a ﬂat mounting surface that will accommodate the ﬁtting you have chosen, use the proper size hole saw

to cut/drill the hole.

RECOMMENDED HOLE SAW SIZES

P/N 10-6906 & 10-6906M Slimline Suction 2-1/2”

P/N 10-6806 & 10-6806M Hi Volume Suction 2-1/2”

The gasket, if used, must be installed on the outside surface of the spa / tub. Make sure the sealing and mounting 2.

Before installing the ﬁtting in the hole you cut in step 1, apply silicone, which is compatible with ABS and PVC plastic, to 3.

Install the ﬁtting in the hole and tighten nut. Nut should be no more than hand tight - DO NOT over tighten. Never 4.

Screw the suction cover with the threaded adapter into the wall ﬁtting until the adapter hits the stop at the

bottom. The cover will lock automatically when fully tightened.

Screw the suction cover with the threaded adapter into the wall ﬁtting until the adapter hits the stop at the

bottom. Place locking screw through hole provided in face of cover. Tighten until cover is secure.

NOTE: BE SURE COVER IS SECURE. DO NOT OPERATE PUMP IF COVER IS LOOSE, MISSING, DAMAGED OR NOT

MOUNTED ON A FLAT SURFACE.

Lift the latch at the side of the cover while rotating counter clockwise. Rotate cover counter clockwise until

it is free from ﬁtting.

Remove locking screw. Rotate the cover counter clockwise until it is free from ﬁtting.

NOTE: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF DROWNING FROM HAIR AND BODY ENTRAPMENT. INSTALL SUCTION FITTlNGS

WITH A MARKED FLOW RATE IN GALLONS PER MINUTE THAT EXCEEDS THE FLOW RATE OF YOUR SYSTEM BY

AT LEAST 25%.

ALWAYS USE MULTIPLE SUCTION OUTLETS. IF THE FITTING/COVER BREAKS, IS DAMAGED, OR
